Annoyed

Hi, I bought an android tv box a year ago and it started by giving me error 403 and rebooting itself while watching and now dstv now app is not working - it keeps giving me error 401 and when I reset and setup my account still gives me the same error. Problem we can’t even remove the app and install a new version as they said we shouldn’t uninstall apps.
