Avoid this company Tech Focal

I had the most appalling service and outright ******* from Jonathan and his company JMJ Tech Focal. We paid the full amount for a printer head 25/01/2021. The head was delayed for over two months. He then received the printer head 25/03/2021. Every time we phoned for an update, it was one excuse after the next. I then asked for my money back as I had no choice but to buy a printer head and get my business back on track. We are another month down the line and still no refund. Avoid this Jonathan and his company JMJ Tech Focal with all cost.
