A colleague and I met with Heidi from Tech Expo Africa to discuss the development of a smartphone application. Heidi explained that they use University students to do the work and the a product will be be complete in June/July 2015. A deposit was paid in February 2015 and a job summary issued. We have been trying in vain to get any feedback from Heidi or her office on the state of the project. After many failed written attempts I wrote another email to Heidi and her office last week requesting our deposit back with no avail. This is starting to look like *****. They also trade under Tech University Innovators. Stay away!<br> <br> <br>
