Horrible aftercare service and bad attitude.

They sold me a laptop first I wasn’t aware it was a 2nd hand I was told at delivery, few days later it went blank they said it needed a hard restart a week later the screen was broken they claimed it was physical damaged and gave me a quote for repairs when I questioned why should I pay 100% before the device is repaired they got mad and said they will no longer repair it after I had already paid that money they requested.

Horrible customer service they haven’t returned the laptop and my refund.

They were recommended to me by S’cool concepts when I went to buy the kids uniform.

I regret taking their advise.
