Unhappy customer

My car took almost 4 months to be repaired. My windscreen got cracked while there and they didn't want to replace it. Their communication is so bad and they **** about when the car would be ready even upon receiving it back the back passenger seat window doesn't close properly. The guy who was fixing the car was good and friendly. Would i recommend them NO NEVER. I don't understand why my insurance even uses them.
