Not impressed with TEC Auto Body on my battery

Insurance took my Hyundai H1 to TEC Auto Body Vereeniging. My car was there from 26 April 2022 till 18 August 2022. When it went there for repairs everything was working fine. Just 3 weeks the car is back the battery dies and it didnt even give a warning just died immediately. I am not happy with that because never had aissues with the battery before the car goes there. The engine was removed and all of a sudden battery dies. I am not happy and also not impressed at all. The explanation I got is that a battery is a wear and tier product, but never had an issue with it before and also not a warning that its going to die. Just in 2 days is dead.
