Lying small business

This lady really has bad customer service and she is a non stop ****. I have order my good in the beginning of December and we arranged payment plan aswell. Every week she told me she would deliver,but my stuff never came. According to her my money was refunded on the 24th of December but today(28 Dec 2021) she told me she only refunded it late on sunday evening. When I confronted her about lying she blocked me on whatsapp and fb.
