Terrible service

When my tenant left from my property that was managed by Team Waterfront, there were damages of about R4,900 that tenant agreed must be paid from his deposit, two months later I am still awaiting for my payment and my emails are going unanswered.

Even during the rental lease process the service was terrible, i.e. rent paid late, annual inspections not done unless I ask for it, etc.
