Teamviewer is threatening to send a collection agency after me.

Teamviewer has decided to automatically renew my account and are now chasing me for a $600USD subscription which I do not use and do not want. They have threatened to send a collection agency after me now. I have reported them to the BBB, they keep saying the only way to cancel a subscription is in writing, 28 days before expiry. There is no mention of this on their web site or EULA when you purchase the service so I don't know why they keep pointing to this 'in writing' requirement as an excuse.

We now use https://www.remoteutilities.com/, it is free for up to 10 connections.
