Impossible to cancel subscription

It’s impossible to unsubscribe from automatic renewal. Firstly I did not receive an email as reminder which is law. And secondly my money has now been taken and I can’t cancel my subscription. Support on your website just sends in circles. To submit the so called right support ticket also sends one in circles. I’m so frustrated. Surely it’s should be as easy as log in go to account settings and click cancel??? I will never use teamviewer or recommend it.

Awful customer service. Refusing to refund money that I did not give them permission to take. Never use teamviewer for business.
