PATHETIC SERVICE AND MONEY ******S

<p>I recently placed an order with Neil providing the vehicle VIN number to make it easy to order the correct part. Neil is a partner with Amanda who also has shown a total lack, or disregard comes to mind, of people s****s. This said and being in a business that is supposed to servicing the public. The incorrect part was supp**** and I was told that I do not know what I am talking about? Perhaps Toyota could confirm if I am the so called bafoon I was accused of being. Well what do you know...as it turns out Neil seems the one ill informed, and the so called professional. This company and it's two partners namely Neil and Amanda flately refuse to refund my hard earned cash. On top of that they still have the returned part. </p> <p>This is "********" behavior. What an absolute shocker!!!Never, I mean never do business with companies that feel in this day and age that they can do as they please. You should both be ashamed of yourselves. Trust me as a consumer I feel the need to action this further, but NOT without warning my fellow consumers out there. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!</p>
