UTTER ******* SERVICE AND NO WORK ETHIC.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY SERVICE AND LIE TO YOUR FACE CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!!!!

What an utter waste of time and unprofessional service provided. I wish I saw the reviews here first.

Michelle Labuschagne the owner shouted at me with utmost disrespect after I demanded for documents which I have been waiting and promised constantly for 3 months and had no proof of anything being done. I inquired about why she constantly say that she will pay it out of her own pocket, when I paid her the service fees. She hung up the phone while still shouting at me and told me in WhatsApp she would not do my documents and will rather make a loan and give me my money back. Never got anything back or done. It’s a constant lie on lie.

Ricki who I originally talked with and who constantly reassured it will be done the next day because they can’t print it on the same day, or whatever excuse they both had that day. I’m so annoyed. I wish I never used this company or talked to these two ladies. They just waste your time. What utter BS. Michelle told me Dirco was closed till next week and when I called Dirco they told me they are open already. I need to leave the country urgently and because of their incapable work ethic and constant lies of work not done, I had to redo everything myself at my cost and time. They stole my time and money. I’m so disgusted that people like this can still be in business and do this.

I’m lost for words. And so upset. Don’t pay them anything until you get proof of some documents done. And then make sure it’s done right , because this too happened to me.
