Thank you Louise and Team Visa

I urgently needed Passports renewed and had started the process from Australia through the high commission. Their timeline was 9 months. Luckily a family member referred me to Team Visa. I dealt with Louise and all correspondence was timely and with accurate information on how the process is progressing. Even through these uncertain times and even the holiday period they somehow manage to exceed my greatest expectations. Our passports arrived via DHL yesterday and we cannot be more thankful.
