Poor service

I live in Thailand and I needed some documents from Home Affairs in SA, so I contacted this agency. I was informed that the process would take approximately 3 weeks. From the start, after I had paid, communication was poor and I was constantly begging for updates. I was given one excuse after another. The "contact" at Home Affairs was no longer working in the required department, the agent on my case was in hospital, the power was down at Home Affairs, etc. The excuses just kept multiplying whenever I contacted the agent about the progress of my application. I cannot understand why it was my problem that the assigned agent was incapacitated. A professional company would have then assigned another agent to take over until the previous agent was able to work again. After FOUR months of waiting and incredibly poor communication, the documents were delivered to my Mom in Pretoria. I only realised a few weeks later that the one document was incorrect. I app**** for a vault birth certificate and was given an unabridged birth certificate (which I already have). After pointing this mistake out, it was now apparently MY fault that the company sent me the wrong document. Never mind that the agent had forwarded my application to Home Affairs, which very clearly stated VAULT copy. A reputable business should check that the documents they receive from H/A are the CORRECT documents when they are forwarded to them. I paid the company for a service, do not blame your client when you ***** up. I was then told that they would reapply for the correct document at no extra charge. I declined the offer as I had already waited 4 months for a document I urgently required (not 3 weeks), and as the service was shocking, (to put it politely), I decided to rather use another reputable and more professional agency. I do not have the time to wait for the correct document, and neither do I have the patience to listen to more excuses, as this is the only remaining document that I urgently require for a citizenship application. I no longer trust this company to deliver what I need in a short time frame. Obviously this cost me a fee again to another agency. I would like to conclude that the owner of Team Visa is arrogant and unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anybody.
