Not recommended

Lots of promises and messages with first contact, thereafter very difficult to get hold of. They give an average return time of 12-15 days for a birth certificate. Over 3 months later I am still waiting having lost a lot of money in the meantime. Requests for refunds are ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is in a hurry or desperate. Very unprofessional in their customer relations area.
