No services rendered after 1 month and received payment

I am appalled at the very poor service in actual fact in my eyes no service at all and having paid an amount for services NOT rendered R 1975.00 My son requested a copy of his birth certificate with both parents full names appearing along with his and in one month no satisfaction whatsoever. He needs it to prove he is a SA citizen working in USA.

After payment was received by the Consultant Ricki I received minimal positive feedback at all. I called left messages, voicenotes, sent whats app messages, emails and no joy. She was paid to deliver a service by requesting and applying at Home Affairs for the birth certificate.

The few times there was a response it was excuse upon excuse and when I informed her that I had collected a copy of my son's birth certificate I still received no response. I app**** in February 2022 after numerous attempts at Home Affairs no luck my son decided to pay someone to assist. Not much help at all.

When I informed Ricki that I am going to take further steps she was quick to respond and get back to me I am still waiting, this was yesterday 12 July 2022. She mentioned it was a lady's fault who is working at the Cullinan HA who was on leave for 3 weeks. Why mention this all of a sudden when being advised that I am going to add tnis complaint on Hellopeter. Why not mention this previously clearly no attempt has been made to get my sons birth certificate. I would like a re-imbur*****t of the full amount paid to Ricki at Team Visas and Travel
