What a lifesaver! Dan Shyaka was on top of things from day one, always kept me up to date during the whole process. I have managed to get a new passport in just over 2 months even during the lockdowns in Home Affairs, I'm sure it will have been half if not for the current situation. Living in Vietnam and trusting the embassy here is not even an option, dear lord, what a sh**show. Most people wait over 6 months and then some being told your passport has been lost, and this was before the outbreak.
