Horrible company. Please be careful

The woman Michelle who is the boss of the company was completely and utterly horrible to me. I can't believe she runs a business in which she screams at the people who keep her company running. I paid 200 euros for help of my passport and instead of explaining like an empathetic human being she screamed at me. I have all of the recordings of her being horrible . I hope she gets mental health help she shouldn't be treating people this way. Anyway I paid money and still no passport and no refunds. I hate hate hate writing bad reviews and affecting businesses in a negative way. I spoke to her so juxely and she was just awful. I'm still in shock. I hope and pray she doesn't treat her employees this way and hope she gets help.
