Exceptional service

Wow wow wow. I just had a miracle performed by Leatitia Knight. I needed an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter as we are travelling to Europe in December. I app**** on Monday 2 Sep and was told by the official at Home Affairs that it would take between 3 and 6 months for a copy. I explained my situation and her response was: “Let’s hope.” I got hold of Leatitia on Tuesday 3 Sep and requested her assistance. She informed me on Wednesday 4 Sep that the certificate is ready for collection on Thursday 5 Sep. There aren’t adjectives to describe the “out of this world” service I received from Leatitia. The most pleasant experience and best service I have ever experienced. Thank you so much Leatitia!!!
