Be careful people please don’t use they rude ********

I dont even want to give them one star these people are bad bad people they stole money from me and kept on talking in circles with no communication .

Please please please people never ever use these people they will take your money and never send you your documents and will give your person information and ID number to other people.

So let me start from the beginning I live in the USA my dad app**** for my birth certificate at home affairs edenvale they told my dad it will take 6 to 8 weeks it was over December I only had 12 weeks to get it to immigration so I started stressing out and contacted them to please help me with my birth certificate Riki told me she will let me know with in 10 days and made me empty promises saying it will get to me quicker they took my money and I haven’t heard from her i had to text her the whole time then I have to wait sometimes 2 days before I get a response and then it’s excuse after excuse then she tells me the system is offline then the printers is offline then they stuck in traffic so I contacted Michelle what a joke she was talking in circles the whole time then she started sending me pictures of other peoples information with they ID numbers saying they contact at home affairs is not in (not sure what that meant I thought she was working at home affairs ) (that scared me I don’t want to be part of ******* stuff and was scared she was going to give out me and my dads ID numbers) so my dad called home affairs they told him my birth certificate is ready in edenvale my dad PAID for 2 Michelle kept on telling me don’t let your dad go don’t let your dad go so the was a red flag for me I paid them R2 425 and then she started yelling at me be cause my dad went and picked up my birth certificate she said they are the once who did all the work and rushed it head office told my dad the was no sign of them applying for my birth certificate I filled in a whole form with all my details my dad did all the work my birth certificate was ready 7 weeks after my dad app**** so they did nothing she told me she’s going to give me my money back but I get no response out of her now and she’s being rude to my dad. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT USE THESE PEOPLE she tried to go take my birth certificate from edenvale where my dad app**** and paid for . Michelle is very rude. I paid for a service and received nothing
