Avoid at all costs (********)

Stear clear and avoid at all costs. Unprofessional service that wastes time and money.

They took my money in July and after four months (November) there were no results and also no refund. First I dealt with Pierre Labuschagne (related to Michelle?) who makes good sounding promises and have good conversations with, but there are no results at all. He always gives the excuse that either the Dept. of Home Affairs' system is offline or that he is awaiting on Michelle Labuschagne. He also gives no feedback and don't manage expectations on what the next steps are and how things are proceeding. One is always left to wonder what is going on and always have to chase him for a status. Countless WhatsApps sent (their preferred method it seems) and also phoned him numerous times. I have kept all the WhatsApp and telephone records.

From the very first telephone call with Pierre, I explained to him what I needed (unabridged birth certificate) and also that the information on it needs to be corrected as the government somehow got wrong information on their database. All paperwork and information was sent right up front and he said that he understood and know how to proceed. All sounded well, but at the end, no results and no feedback.

After escalating this to Michelle, nothing changed. Even worse communication and feedback than Pierre. She also uses the excuse that the system is offline. Offline for 5 weeks plus the three months prior to that from July?! I asked for a refund and even though Michelle twice said that she will refund it 'tomorrow', no refunds were received after two weeks. She never answers her telephone over multiple days even though I can see that is is online on WhatsApp. Immediately (within minutes) after these un-answered calls, she sends a Whatsapp or SMS response, but never answers her phone for a conversation. No feedback from her either and I informed her that I will report her to the police and also report her company (company code: 2 ********** 87-07). No response and no refund. She has also subsequently removed previous posts from 2016 from this company page on Facebook about a similar issue that transpired before.

This is a dishonest company that lacks integrity and professional client service and they do not refund. Imagine yourself dealing with a company that don't care about you after they took your money. A company that does not respond to your calls or simply ignore you. If you still wish to give them a (very risky) chance, even after reading this review, please protect your money. Make use of an escrow service or only pay AFTER they have delivered the goods. You are forewarned.

Four months wasted with them and they stole my money. I'll let the police handle Michelle and let the authorities deal with her company and see that she is no longer allowed to deal with the Dept. of Home affairs.

P.S. Subsequent to my review of their company on Facebook, Michelle removed the entire user review page to avoid potential new clients seeing the reviews of others and by me.
