Team Five Towing - Dishonest, ripedoff and Bad Service experience and

Good morning My name us Mercy Tladi, I had a bad Service experience with Team Five Towing company in Rustenburg on the 19th January 2025. My son was involved in an accident whilst driving my car at Greystone Crossing robots, he was his on the left side by sedan white branded Law on call car.

When I arrived at the scene, tried to ask what happened and tge third party ignored me and my son explained as he was not badly injured. I log in to Miwayblink app struggled with password eventual managed and register the claim, I send a message on Mihelp whatsapp to request assistance. Waited for their callback , whilst waiting I called the Rustenburg Police Station, call answered to say they did not have cars to come to the scene, after 45 minutes, Police officers on with 3 bakkies came and hold us theh going to the crime scene and we need to go to the station to report the accident. Then As insurance delayed to send tow car, the Team Five Towing owner approached me to offer help abd I told him iam insured with Miwayblink and he said he work with Miway. Assured me by showing me miway emails correspondences. Then we went to the Police station Wait for my son to a make a statement of Accident report, only allowed drivers inside to record the statements.

I explained to the Miwayblink what transpired on the 19th January 2025 on the support@miwayblink emails, advisor, complaints department and provided towing company details. I sent numerous emails, whatsapp messages without feedback. Secon the day of 20th January I made followup with the Team Five towing company to check if the insurance has called them, the response was they have not received any correspondences. Only after 10 days Team Five Towing forwarded the invoice to Miwayblink with total amount of R30 300.00 thousands rands whereas the Miwayblink legal department has tried to contact Team Five Towing owner to negotiate the realease fees for my car several times. It was deliberate to prolong the days so that i could be indebted to the Team Five Towing company.

I did follow up and could see , Team Five Towings plan was to rip me off.it was deliberately as when I call them either the phone is not answered or switched off.

Team Five Towing sent Miwayblink an implicating email to say I did not disclose to them that I am insured with Miwayblink. They towed a non insured car. What they did to me is a defamation of character.

Miwayblink now said I will pay the unreasonable release fees with excess, I am really treated unfairly by the insurance and Towing company.
