Team CIT

<div>In May 2023, I bought a BMW M4 from Team CIT in Hatfield Pretoria for R800000. While everything looked above board and the service was excellent, it was said and I quote from the Sales person ++++ and &nbsp;+++++ from CIT “the vehicle doesn’t have any comments on, we will NEVER buy a vehicle that has comments.” On the 4th June I sold the vehicle and with a massive shock it came back with the following reports. 1- 2019-09-03 R130 000.00 Front, Front-left, Rear-left, Underbody 2- 2021-06-01 R8 000.00 Rear 3- 2022-12-08 R20 000.00 Rear-left, Side-left Due to this comments that is on the Vehicle I lost over R250000 on the vehicle and Team CIT doesn’t care because they received their money in full. Ive made contact with CIT and till date nothing comes from it or that I am getting any feedback. What they are doing is completely ********* and they are taking clients for rides on high value Vehicle.</div>

Good day Mr Pierre

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and that you were not happy with us recently.

How ever your statement is untrue.
Every single vehicle we buy, goes for a check, we do report checks, we check the service history etc, we don't just buy because the look is great we buy because we buy to sell again and keep our clients happy and build a relationship, as you have said in your review CIT Motos service was excellent.
That being said when we bought the vehicle we phoned BMW  and no accident history was brought to our attention, client also did not disclose any accident history, so for us to be liable for the quote you received from the new dealer where you bought your new vehicle is unreasonable.

Kind Regards
CIT Moto
