I bought a second hand vehicle from CIT in July 2023, unfortunately 3 weeks after taking delivery, mechanical problems were discovered on the vehicle. CIT immediately assisted to collect the vehicle and provided me with decent alternative transport. Unfortunately the defect on the vehicle could not be repaired to their standard. The management team kept me posted and went out of their way to find a replacement vehicle according to my need. I was amazed by the level of integrity the whole team portrayed. CIT reversed the transaction and ensured a premium refund. My motto in life is: leave people better than you found them, I definitely experienced just that with team CIT.
