worried and disgusted

Team CIT made an offer on Weelee.co.za website for my vehicle, when i contacted them to accept their offer i was told if i bring my car in on the Friday morning i would receive payment on the Saturday, when we arrived on the Friday morning we were first offered less less than originally offered then were told payment would only be done first thing Monday morning, it is now Tuesday and we still have not received payment, my suggestion to anyone buying or selling a vehicle go somewhere else where the staff are least honest.
