Service was bad when asking explanation about the where does the deposit money goes to they have no explanation I feel that my R40000 was ******,I believe that my deposit was supposed to be paid to the bank that was financing me not to their account ,because my R40 000 did not make any difference on the statement I hate them.

You had purchased a vehicle, put down R40 000 as a deposit and financed the balance with standard bank.
This was simply explained to you and reflects on your statement, tax invoice and bank contract. It shows you the purchase price , your deposit paid and balance which you financed. Please refer to these documents. There is a confusion in your understanding.
