Refund promised but not honoured

My father in law was put into a frail care under the supervision of Team Care Assisted Living in Fosa Road. It was reasonably priced place and the service was generally good,he did not complain and was reasonably happy. The issue I have, I made payment of R6500 for his stay on 31 st August 2022 for his stay in September 2022. Payments are upfront and I comp****. He died at 06:00 on the 1st September 2022 and I had requested my refund and was promised by the director Delaine that it will take a week for me to be refunded. I am still waiting for my refund after several attempts by telephone and emails and promises I have no response from Delaine.
