*****ING MONEY

I have paid for my robes, but these people are holding my money and are not paying me back. I was told that they had the colour I needed, and so I paid my 50% deposit. I never got updates from them, and I always had to follow up and was told each time that they had issies with their supplier, and the colour that was sent to me was inaccurate. I evenutually was told that the lady (Nadine) had personal issues and could not fulfull my order (How unprofessional!!!) and then I was told by Edith that I was going to be refunded. That was 2 months ago, and still no refund. Everytime I follow up they tell me I will get my refund but then it never comes... They have messed with the wrong person, as I am going to be taking this further!!! A THIS IS THEFT!!!!!
