Everything set up to deceive...

Here follows points I sent in an email to this entity:

- This is written at the top of your Return Policy: " If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered via our customer service." This statement is completely null and void with the statements you make below it.

- Advertising yourself as Bennett & Bloom Cape Town is highly misleading. In general I do not shop from overseas retailers but I was misled to believe you are in Cape Town. When I reached out to exchange my purchases (because I really like and want the items), it was revealed that you have no presence in Cape Town at all. Nowhere in the "About us" section do you mention you are based in the Netherlands. That is very deceiving!!

- Clothes by their nature are a hit and miss affair. The photos advertising your clothes are photoshopped so much, it is really hard to believe how they can be adapted for us ladies in the real world. Sizing is also difficult and in general, only once a few items have been purchased, can sizing be firmed up with a particular supplier.

- By not having any kind of presence in South Africa makes purchasing from Bennett & Bloom highly unpatriotic as your company brings no economic value to our country and people. This will certainly affect how Bennett & Bloom is endorsed by myself. It goes on to support the notion that Bennett & Bloom is only interested in taking the people of South Africa's money with no further regard to them.

- You speak of 10 000+ Happy Clients on your website but nowhere can proof of this be found! There is nowhere on your site or on Google where one can write a review of you. I could only find the "HelloPeter" reviews and they are all bad. Perhaps you can share where these reviews are?
