Terrible attitude from agent

<p>Ria Lansberg an agent of Team 1 Waterfront Realestate agency is the most unprofessional agent i have ever met. she called me a **** and ***ard in black in white beacuse i did not respond to het one missed call and sms, i have a valid reason for doing so, but never the less, where have you seen that agents treat clients in such a manner, when i phoned to confront her she even went as far as to stick to her statement she **** in an email. She even told me that she is disappointed in me, as if i were suppose to to stop my life for her stamp of approval on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>She treated my from the begining as if she was doing me a favour and that i should be greatful to her, she even tried to firce me to to sighn papaer work because she is going on holiday with her husband and keeps on telling me how lucky i am to get a property at that price, even though it is only availble form16 months without the option to renew.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried phoneing the principal of the agency but to no avail, i have sent her an email and when the matter has been resolved i will change my review about the agency.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utterly unprofessional and gives the agency a real bad attitude and image.</p>
