Team 1 Waterfront - bad service

I am very dissapointed. I am renting out my property through Team 1 Waterfront for 6 months now. Lease agreement states that the lessee must pay monthly rent on or before the 1st of every month.

I never receive my rent on the specific day. It is ALWAYS a guessing game. On month it was on the 3rd... the next month on the 6th.

One month I had to phone on the 7th, as I have not received payment... they have made payment that day and just forwarded the proof of payment.

Today is the 8th... no payment and/or communication received from them.

I never do this type of thing.. but I am done.. I am not going to phone them again and beg for MY money. It is their job...that is why they get paid 10% of the rent.

Sorry... but BAD SERVICE
