Team 1 Waterfront a huge money ****..Pay back My Deposit

I do not understand why they do not close this company down because it is just a huge ****. First, my landlord was not getting paid her rent and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. They keep promising that they will solve the matter, it's been more than three months now. I have taken the matter to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal and if this fails, I will look for another alternative. Do not ever sign a contract with this agent!!!
