Rental deposit not yet refunded even after order by Housing and Rental Tribunal

I rented an apartment from Team 1 Waterfront Properties from July 2017 to June 2018 and have since moved out of the residence. When it was time to refund my deposit they had stated that they will be deducting an amount of R 2800 for grass of which I disputed and took the matter to the Housing and Rental Tribunal. When we got to the Rental tribunal on the 17 July 2019, I stated my case and the agent with his Rental manager present conceded that not all the grass was in a good stated and an agreement was reach and signed that the amount due to me would be paid by close of business July 2019. This agreement was not adhered to prompting me to follow up via email on the 2nd and 6th of August 2019 but I have not received any feedback or even acknowledgement of receipt from either the agent or the rental manager as she was copied in the second follow up email. As I write this review I not yet received my refund as per the signed agreement from the Housing and Rental Tribunal or received any communication as to why the refund has not been made.
