TEACH ME 2 IS GOOD AT IGNORING EMAILS AND SMS . IM UTTERLY ANNOYED

i feel disrespected by the Organizer Sharone Els, i have sent numerus emails and SMS, and she is not responding, I want my November fees to be reimbursed. Tutors finished in October and they are not continuing in November and i have already paid for November, I sent Sharone an SMS wanting clarity and she has not responded i sent to the billing department as well but still I'm being ignored. i want my money
