Best restaurant in Pietermaritzburg

Tea on 23 is my best restaurant in Pietermaritzburg. The food is always well prepared, fresh and tasty. I love the fact that the owner is hands on in her business . When it’s a bright day, the best place to be is in the beautiful garden with pea****s and birds and a play area. On cold days the warmth and ambience of the cozy home like interior is just as enjoyable on my own or with company. The harvest table for lunch is really good value for money and the dishes are creative.
