I first would like to say what a wonderful sales assistant Sam is,they didn't have the tea I wanted in stock but I still walked out with another flavor which is even better than the one I wanted. Sam is really helpful.<br> Also a big thank you to Karen the owner(Clearwaters,Cresta) for sorting out a situation I had with charm and grace.<br> It is so nice to see people going the extra mile for customer service
