Sizing wrong, bad trratment

What a bad experience! Ordered 1 pair men's shoes and 1 pair ladies shoes. According to their website, for those ones we needed to order normal sizes.

The men's shoes were 2 different sizes. The ladies shoes was not a normal size 7 size.

Immediately informed them we'll have to return both. They had lots of excuses as to it is handmade so differneces must be expected (2 different sizes?) That they use their own lasts so their sizes are different (so why say order normal sizes?)

After a few emails I returned both pairs for an exchange the next day. A few days later they sent only the men shoes claiming they didn't know I was returning the ladies shoes (I have the email records) then I have to pay courier to send the ladies shoes, so I do. But then they claim I only sent the men's shoes back. I have CCTV gootage showing that I gave a large packet with clearly 2 pairs to the courier. Yet they still treat me like I "am not being honest" They did refund me in the end, but with an attitude of "they'll take this on them" I see now they do huge amounts of exchanges, so clearly their sizing is not normal. Be careful. And if you send it back l, have lots of evidence as even cctv is not good enough for them not to treat you poorly.

The exchanged men's shoes are really nice and I do wish I had my shoes too, but with such bad treatment.... I'll support someone else
