Do not buy from Te Fraai Diena

The worst client service ever. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them, on order confirmation they confirmed they had one in stock and there is a waiting period of 3 weeks for the other pair. I was happy to wait, 3 weeks passe and nothing happened. I followed up with them just to understand when can I expect the package and they responded with send your banking details for a refund. When I asked for more info they got rude and did not want to communicate. I was more that willing to wait for the shoes but because of their lack of communication and rude personel/ management I told them to refund me ASAP. I Will not reccomend buying from them as they take your money and dont deliver any products and only if you contact them will they give your money back otherwise they probably would have kept it.
