Phoned up Jaconie at TDS as we are in a pickle and needed a job sorted out today as our suppliers machine was out of commission. She undertook to immediately sms or email me a list of their clients who have same machines so that we could contact them and place the order, for which we would pay upfront. I also requested she arrange me a machine which costs about R65000 for which I said I would pay upfront for as we need one.<br> I tried several times after that to follow up on the promised list. I then get a message from her saying that \Sacha"would not let any information be disclosed as there was a balance outstanding on account"
