Bad Incident Management Skills

I was reporting and incident that happened at KHS. I was directed to a Vusi Mhoni who didn't address the matter at hand properly instead he asked me how long I've been driving. My parking tells me I don't know how to drive and his staff tells him I was on the phone and yet I asked him if he was briefed he said no. His team didn't give him a full details of the incident and he told me his duty was to protect his staff. Vusi must be taught management skills and how to address incident professionally. Should anything happen to me after this report, my family must not look further.
