Empty promises

Does anyone have an address for Mr Deon Meyer of TDP renovators. I have a receipt of which I paid R250 and promised a detailed report of repairs to my nutec structure. Now I cannot get hold of Mr Meyer. Previously my emails and whatsup was responded to very efficiently but obviously now I am getting no response as to the refund of my R250 of which to date of have received no report backdating to 3 September 2020.
