TDM Thompsons Accounting CC

I have been dealing with TDM Thompsons Accounting CCfor about 6 month now. I have paid in excess of R35000.. for them to dispute a SARS . And register me For E filing. To date i have not had hardly any feedback. They do not answer Messages or even emails. The dispute is still current and the e filing is still not working. I am at my whits end. They have just taken my money and are now ignoring me. They then started taking off three thousand a month for accounting which they have never done. I keep on going to FNB and cancel the debit order and they change the reference. This has happened 4 month i a row. Every time it costs me R300 to reverse it. They are totally *********** i urge you to be very careful. Since Raymond Booysen Senior Tax Consultant has taken over Their service is non existent. Same on you, you are accountants and cant get you Paperwork in Order. Raymond you are a Shocker

 The contents of the complaint are noted and the matter has since been resolved. For record purposes we state the following:  The hold up on the e-filing profile has not been with Thomson's TDM but rather with SARS themselves.  Numerous correspondences will support this.  The debit order from the client’s account has been sorted out and refunded to the client.   We have been in existence for over 15 years and we pride ourselves in providing the best possible service to all our clients.
