Stay away from TDM doors. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I bought 11 doors from Tdm towards the latter end of 2017 to which was delivered in December after weeks of order. By this time all business were closed and installation was done in first week of Jan 2018.

Each and every single door was chipped and dented with poor workmanship that the panels within the door became loose upon installation. It cost me further money to have those doors outsouredly repaired as TDM doors passed the buck onto the carpenter.

My height of frustration raised when the doors were mislabeled with the lockblock sticker stuck on every different part of the doors showing no uniformity in pattern that the doors were mortised differently and the locks are mismatched with the pattern on the doors

I rang TDM and the rep Santosh Singh acknowledged my complaint and agreed with it and he sought to take back this information to his manager and have the doors replaced. He further couldn’t understand how this slipped his QC department. I immediately responded that upon my visit to Builders Warehouse I found every door on the floor redundant. I called the floor manager Pranesh who seemed more surprised than myself at my findings and was to take this up with TDM

I have contacted Santosh on numerous occasions to which he doesn’t respond nor seem to be interest in having his company selling and delivering inferior goods.

As far as I’m concerned they are PATHETIC in their product and I fact worse in their service. They have taken my money and delivered to what I rate second hand products in my absense. They have conducted themselves in an unprofessional manner and should be given the boot of the manufacturing industry.

Karma is a ****... what goes around comes around. We saw this first hand in our political government. It’s only a matter of time that it happens to TDM
