AUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

There was an unauthorized debit order of R99.00 *** DIGICASH on my account dated 27/08/2015.I have not reached any agreement with them nor had a call from them, I have no idea who they are, would you please Stop deducting money from my Bank Account without my Authority and Refund me the funds that has been deducted.
