Terrible

<p> i think i must do a list of "****ty service shipping companies in South Africa" ! <br />Here is another company who trying to rip you off by making you pay for invoices that don't exist.<br />Introducing TD Shipping and Clearing<br />...Its not our first shipment so we know the process ....<br />It was a nightmare to work with this company from day one! <br />Long story short:<br />So our stock that finally arrived to Cape Town <br />was released by Port Health and now its time to pay. <br />From the quotes that we received was no additional costs and we agreed on the payment.<br />When stock arrived,according to the owner, Port Health charged for inspection "what???" and upon further investigation we discovered that Port Health never charge for investigating. We then requested Port Health invoice from TD Shipping which they couldn't supply because it doesn't exist.<br />The explanation then changed to say that was their charges now for taking documents to Port Health and spending 3 hours inspecting the stock. And this is an additional charge .<br />What a joke! <br />When we refused to pay it the owner decides to hold our stock ransom until the invoice is payed. <br />The way they spoke to us was inappropriate and with complete disrespect. Without finishing conversation the owner cut the call ...Great ! <br />AND NOW THEY DELIVERED THE STOCK BUT! It's loose boxes (suppose to be packed in palette ) NONE OF THE BOXES WAS CHECKED BY PORT HEALTH!!!!! <br />All boxes are loose, Few are open and 5 damaged
