If this can help someone else, do not deposit money into TD Markets expecting to withdraw seamlessly. Maybe it is just my experience, but I never had to contact brokers to get my funds release although it is a small amount. I do understand companies has policies and processes but after sending all documents they need, they will constantly come back with a new issue. As if it were such a security breach. It seems they want you to physically go into a bank and have your bank account confirmed letter stamped as if we are not in a digital age. Even after you do so, if it had to be done their will be another issue and mind you this is official documents drawn from the bank. Never ever have I experienced this with a broker people and you should not either. You wait 24 hours to get denied and believe me or not, it has been denied for 2 months going onto 3 months. Instead, they will rather have an attitude with me over emails. I hope no one has large amounts with them because you are in for a big surprise.
