Worst Panel Beater Quality

My vehicle has been in for repair for 26 weeks following an accident. Unfortunately, the workmanship has been of an unacceptably poor standard. Panels were ground down to make them fit and then painted over, parts quoted as new were in fact repaired instead, and several areas show overspray, missing *****s, or loose fittings. Plastic trim was spray-painted to cover damage rather than replaced or properly finished.

Despite multiple inspections and assurances that the work would be rectified, the same issues remain unresolved. While they repeatedly claimed they would “take ownership,” the responsibility was later deflected, and no effective corrective action was taken.

This level of quality and accountability is not in line with the standards expected from an insurance-approved repairer.

They claim previous repairer on the vehicle, once again to deflect their poor quality workmanship. Proof can be provided to anyone interested.

Once again, I will never recommend this panel beater to anyone due to its terrible workmanship. Specially when they cannot own up to their responsibilities and leave you with their problem
