SIDE WALK -

UTTERLY NOT IMPRESSED with the manner of service delivery, I have used all the avenues to make this as simple as possible to get this department to lay some tar or whatever covering that could replace the nonexistence grass embankment on the side walk in front of my property. We are trying to save water and hence this request. I was told to fork out money to do the renovations on the council property, How does that work.???? <br> <br> AS A RATE PAYER I THINK IT IS FAIR TO SAY THAT WE ARE NOT AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM , IN FACT WE ARE THE PURPOSE OF IT. He was talking about budgets, AND TO ME THAT IS THE FIRST STEP OF IGNORANCE. All I want is service delivery even my ward councillor Honourable member Cynthia Claasen is like an absent mother, after how many e-mails to her office I am still waiting to meet with her. I need someone from this department to come meet with me with some positive feedback.
