TC's on Lynnwood Guesthouse horrible experience

The worst experience, I booked a deluxe room , confirmed and paid for. Just to find out, that they false advertise. They stuffed me in a standard room , no view no tv, to bath .Owner Lumé is the rudest host I ever came across in the hospitality industry. She refused to refund me, made false promises, which she doesn't follow through. Please be aware of this Guesthouse, they will only disappoint you, even with there breakfast. Don't know, why they are still in business!!
