Tcl tv nonreponsive YouTube app

Absolutely shocking customer service if you don't call you will never know the status of your repair.Bought a brand new latest model tv and from onset the YouTube app does not work I have emailed them technician have been out who are not even sure what the issue is and customer service says we can only advice you in a week. Please stay away from this brand rather purchase a well know reputable brand
